Things don't have to bee serious all the time, right?
It's fine just to enjoy the rich colors...
And shapes...
That's exactly what I did.
I didn't want to think, I just wanted to hold a paintbrush in my hand.
I started by drawing a random shape, adding a big eye to it and picking colors that made me happy.
It turned out to be a pretty silly looking spread in my journal.

Makes me smile. I love my moleskine.
It's so fun and playful and happy. That's what counts anyway! No matter what you paint it always makes me smile. I love your art....and I'll keep saying that!
ReplyDeleteI'm so proud of you for having FUN !
ReplyDeleteUsually, after having fun repeatedly, artists figure out where their heart lies as far as a unique style or subject is concerned.
So, be on the lookout for clues that make you happy.
What does our playtime say about us?
I'm on this journey myself; join me.
