Is it a kind of mushroom?
I'm guessing mushrooms too. Been to Monterey Market? Berkeley Bowl?I have a great mushroom bread pudding recipe somewhere. You can use any mushroom but I like it best when I throw in a variety.Darla
Are they Garlic Scapes? I bought some at the farmers market a few weeks ago. I put them in a stir fry. They did not have as much flavor as I expected, buy not having made them before I might not have done it right.
Well, what did they taste like? I too like the sculptural look....very photogenic
