Feeling safe

You blink and the weekend is gone... This is what I was working on:

I think it looks a bit darker than it should. Maybe it's just my monitor...

As always, it's so much fun to look at different cropped details of a painting. So often I like them more than the whole thing. I loved painting these ladies. I guess I should go and clean my studio now if I want to be able to paint again. Bye...

    Oh, this is beautiful! I love how she is surrounding the home....it's not too dark.

    Zorana this is lovely...I am really loving these Angelic paintings, they really tell a story. Beautiful and not dark at all.

    Again, the symbolism of this painting is very powerful. The angel (or Mother?) holding the home is safety and love.

    Another wonderful painting. It inspires me (makes me want to copy your "house on the inside") but one thing I really like is that I can see all the many many layers of paint every where. Wonderful.
    Now,I'm gong to channel a little of this so it will come out when least "expected"
