Thinking about...

I used to put words in every painting I made. It never seemed to be finished without some written story, or thought. I still love that, but find it interesting that often no words are needed for a story to be told. 
It took many, many layers until I was happy with the result.

  4. Oh My! this is so wonderful and words might have spoiled it or been a distraction. Well, not really but you are right that it doesn't need them. At all.
    Your subject is beautiful. I'm not talking about just the girl; I mean the whole of it.
    One more thing. I yearn to paint in this palette. I can't seem to do it. So, maybe if you tell me exactly what colors you used and I take them away to the Garden Palace where none others would be available, then maybe I could do it.
