When the day has so many number 1-s I guess it's a good day to start something. So I did... I started painting BIG, much bigger than I ever did. You can see me with the canvas - it is 18x24"!!! And I painted not one, but three as a group, which means that the final painting will be 54x24" which is HUGE! It's far from finished, but I wanted to share just so that I can write today's day in the title.

Very beautiful! I love all the layers, so much depth there!! Good job! It's quite rewarding to do big canvases as long as you love them in the end. I have painted over the ones I'm not happy with!
