A sister is a little bit of childhood
that can never be lost.
I don't know where these weird creatures came from... I was reading an email from my sister and missing having her around and then instead of a gentle painting - these two girls show up. Oh, the beauties of an art journal! You can relax and allow things to emerge from the end of the paintbrush. Did I mention that I love my new journal? :-)
that can never be lost.
What a sweet pair, you can see the love these two have for each other! You can even see which ones the oldest! I adore these colors...Some of my favorites!
ReplyDeleteHugs Giggles
Yes I agree with giggles, one is definitely a little older than the other. And that is amazing because they are so similar. How'd you do that? Also, please send me either one of those dresses. My color!
ReplyDelete"You can fool the world but not your sister!" This is beautiful. I love, love, love the colors and detail. I too was inspired by the Sisters challenge, and, posted an original watercolor collage birthday card for Ava.

ReplyDeleteI love this piece too... I love the way you are allowing such artistic freedom in this journal! These are quite different from your earlier pages, but gorgeous so gorgeous.
ReplyDeleteI think your last two pieces have really spoken to people. They are both inspirational pieces.
I love you too. Since when we have the same hair color? Anyway, we do look alike and it is great picture. I love how I look in yellow. :) And I am glad we are sisters.
ReplyDeleteVolim te,
